SQUEEZE IN FEE
A Squeeze In Fee means that I make time outside of my regular working hours/days to accommodate a client, for a fee of €10.
 
CANCLELLATION
Cancellations/rescheduling must be notified at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will require a new deposit for rescheduling and 50% of the service fee to be paid.
 
LATE ARRIVAL
If you are running late, please send a message in advance. A fee of €10 will be charged for being 15 minutes late. If you are 20 minutes or more late, your appointment will be canceled, and the full amount will be charged as a late fee.
 
EXTRA INFORMATION
Please send a photo in advance of the design to determine the amount of time needed. NO NAIL POLISH, please come with natural nails, otherwise there will be an additional charge of €5.
 
If you require the removal of an old set, please indicate beforehand, otherwise there will be an additional charge of €10 to the total amount.
 
There is a 1-week guarantee on nails. If a nail breaks within the first week, it is covered under warranty. After that, it is €2.50 per nail. For repairs on 4 or more nails, I will charge for a new set.
 
We do not work over another technician's work.
